2. You will see a log-in dialogue box. Click the link at the bottom of the box that says "Forgot password?"
3. Enter your email address in the dialogue box that appears and click "Reset Password.”
4. Further instructions will be sent to your email with the subject line "Reset Password" 
5. Follow these instructions to reset your password.
