Access your Learning Library
Go to learn.nancymedina.com and enter your email address and password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password button. We'll send you an email with instructions for resetting your password and accessing your account.
Library Basics
The first thing you’ll see when you log in is a list of all of the courses available to you. These are represented by these smaller tiles. Once you’ve explored your platform for a while, you’ll see a longer rectangular tile at the top of your learning library. This tile indicates the lesson where you last left off learning.
You will also see a list of various tabs available to you. Currently, we are looking at the home page or the “My Library” tab. From this view, you can click to enter any of these courses.
1. Click the large tile at the top of the Library to jump to the video you last viewed.
2. If you are enrolled in Nancy's "Acrylic Painting Made Easy Bundle", you can start your "Beginner Fundamentals" lessons here.
3. Click any of the "Painting Course" tiles to enter a specific course.
4. Click on "Nancy's Acrylic Resources" or "Nancy's Oil Resources" to watch Resource and Tip Videos
Navigate to a Specific Class, Exercise & Lesson
Once inside a course, you’ll see a list of all classes available within the course. You will also see a resources tab. The resource tab holds any resources Nancy believes are necessary to that particular course.
5. Click on Resources to view resources for the course. For example, this is where you’ll find your supply list and palette maps. Many other downloadable resources are also available here.
6. Click on any of the Class tiles to enter a specific class.
7. Inside the class, you can select to enter a specific Lesson or Resource.
Within each Lesson or Exercise, you can navigate to other lessons within the same Class. Look to the right of the video player for the Lessons Menu. This menu may appear below the video player if you are viewing the lesson on a tablet or mobile device.

8. Click the "Play" button to play or pause the video.
9. Click the video progress bar and drag your cursor to Fast Forward & Rewind the video.
10. Click the speaker to adjust the video's Volume level.
11. Scroll through the video's Timeline with the middle bar.
12. The Bookmark allows you to save moments in the timeline of the video for ease of return.
13. Click on the 1x to change the play speed of the video.
14. Toggle the Closed Captioning subtitle settings on or off for the video.
15. Click the gear icon to adjust the video's Resolution Settings.
16. Click the four-arrow icon to expand or reduce the size of your video player.
Tips for navigating from every page of your Library
17. In the Resources box, you can click to download any relevant resources for the lesson or exercise.
18. In the My Notes section you can see all of the notes you have made for this lesson.
19. Click the "Next Up" button to advance to your next lesson or course.
20. Click the "My Library" button to return to the home page of your learning environment.
21. Click the "My Notes" button to see all of your saved bookmarks through Nancy's program.
22. Click the "Discovery" button to see Nancy's catalog of courses.
23. Click the "Settings" button to access and revise your account settings.
24. Click here to "Logout" of your account.
25. Click this text dynamic text to navigate to earlier classes, lessons, or exercises.
26. Click the Help icon to contact a Customer Support Representative.
Adjust Your Account Setting
27. Change the name associated with your account here.
28. Update or change your email address here.
29. Change your password here. Click the eye icon if you'd like to see your password as you type.
30. Be sure to click the "Save Changes" button if you make any changes on this page.
31. You can see your current card on file or click "+Add New Card" to update your payment method on file.
32. You can click on "Video Settings" to adjust your video quality and other settings for all videos in Nancy's program.
